Pacific Marine and Estuarine Fish Habitat Partnership Coordination
NRC coordinates the Pacific Marine and Estuarine Fish Habitat Partnership (PMEP). PMEP is a nationally recognized partnership that seeks to advance regional and national restoration and conservation goals relating to fish habitat along the US West Coast. PMEP is a consortium of organizations focused on West Coast fish habitat in the region’s estuaries and nearshore marine waters. NRC coordinates this consortium of more than 30 tribal, federal, state, academic, and non-profit partners to ensure their work achieves the strategic goals of the organization. NRC organizes and facilitates meetings, supports officers and committees, manages projects, build partnerships, and executes strategic communications.
