Grace Adams

Research Analyst

Grace Adams has a Masters degree in public administration and is accomplished in interdisciplinary collaboration, facilitation, and technical analysis and is knowledgeable on regional climate impacts, shellfish and kelp aquaculture, and environmental regulations and policies. She contributes as a reseach analyst on studies around abandoned, lost, and discarded aquaculture gear. And she coordinates the Pacific Lamprey Conservation Initiative. Prior to joining NRC, Grace was the Climate Project Lead at Coast Salmon Partnership, where she led the development and implementation of a Climate Adaptation Framework to inform and encourage climate resilient salmonid recovery in the Washington coast region.  Grace has also worked with the National Marine Fisheries Service, where she researched and analyzed fin fish, shellfish, and kelp aquaculture regulations and policies and developed a strategic aquaculture communications plan.
